Abstract278)   HTML    PDF (2492KB)(135)
The settlement of thermal insulation materials for overhead heavy oil injection pipelines will have a significant impact on the assessment of pipeline heat loss and calculation of economic benefits. A heat transfer model of the heat⁃insulating material settlement steam injection pipeline was established, and the effects of environmental wind speed, pipeline diameter and soil radiation on pipeline heat loss were analyzed. The results show that increasing the outdoor environment wind speed leads to increased heat loss of the eccentric insulation pipe, and when the environmental wind speed increases by 120%, the heat loss outside the pipeline insulation increases by 5.9%. The larger the pipe diameter, the smaller the heat loss of the air interlayer. The average heat flux of the outer wall of the insulated eccentric insulation pipeline is reduced by 1 036 W/m2 compared with the soil radiation.

SVM can find intrinsic relation between each variable by using a few samples. Some numerical simulating results in prepared conditions by SVM were studied, and get common rules between those factors. Optimizing injecting parameters in each kind of application conditions by calling studied results. This method is easily operated and its result reliable.

Abstract440)      PDF (234KB)(253)
Based on the analysis of the composition and size distribution of oily sludge taken from Xianhe block Sheng-li oil field and with dispersing agent、solidification agent and suspension agnet added, a study of developing oily sludge into high temperature profie agnet was conducted. The experimental show that at the temperature of oil reservoir, the densifying time of this kind profile agent was up to 20 h and 7% of water was separated out after setting quietly for 15 h. Therefore the requirement for profiling process field could be met. Indoor experimental results show that the break-through pressure, after oily sludge profile agent was injected and waited for 3 d, was above 7 MPa. Meanwhile the block-off ratio arrived to 99%, which remained constant after being flushed for 100 PV by 200 ℃ vapors,it's permeability increasing a little. This proves that oily sludge high temperature profile agent has so good a profiling effect that harmless processing and resource aim can be achieved. 
